  • Haverigg beach is on the edge of Havergg a small seaside fishing village and backed by a boating lake.

    Hodbarrow RSPB nature reserve is on the eastern shore of the lake and is a long established breeding reserve for Terns and a large variety of wading birds.

    Facilities include toilets, parking and food.
