The Farne Islands are rocky islands, once home to saints, soldiers and famous lighthouse keepers, now a sanctuary for seabirds (puffin and guillemot) and one of Europe's largest grey seal colonies.

Excellent place for wildlife photography, sea-kayaking and diving.
