Gower Heritage Centre, Parkmill, Swansea Bay and The Gower

The Gower Heritage Centre is a crafts and rural life museum in Parkmill in the heart of the beautiful setting of the Gower Peninsula in South Wales.

First established in 1990, in the last 20 years the 12th century corn and saw mill has been restored and many local crafts people ply their trade on site.

The centre is now a recognised as a place to discover the history of the local agriculture and has many displays, including an outdoor museum on antique farming and cultivation. It’s a popular place for school or educational tours.

Open throughout the year, the centre has a tea-room as well as self-catering accommodation
