Holkham Beach is part of the Holkham estate and within one of Britains largest nature reserve. A large sandy beach on the Norfolk coast path backed by sand dunes, marshland and pine woods. The beach is nearly 1km wide at low tide and nearly 6km (4 miles) long.

Ideal for families that want to get away from amusements and arcades to play on the beach and walk in the woods. On sunny calm days traditional sand building and swimming is the activity to do whilst on windy days take to walking and kite flying.

Horse riding on beach only with a permit.

Only snacks during summer months.

Lifeguard at weekends during the summer.
