Seaton Beach

Seaton, Devon, England, UK

Seaton beach is a mile long pebble beach, gently sloping and safe to swim. At low tide you can see some coarse sand patches.

At the top of the beach is the Esplanade, a flat paved walk 1,160 metres in length stretching from Axmouth Harbour at the eastern end of the bay to the Chine café towards the western end. In the winter or when risk of flooding barriers may be in place meaning you have to use steps to progress along the esplanade.
