Morriscastle Beach has fine sand and is reletively shallow. The beach is part of what is thought to be Irelands longest beach stretch at approx. 20 km stretching from Curracloe to Cahore Point. The beach is backed by dunes and is within a Special Area of Conservation.
The beach is also popular with shore anglers.
Morriscastle Beach in Wexford has Blue Flag Status.
