The host was excellent from the time we arrived until we left. He ensured we had all that we needed and made our stay very comfortable throughout our stay including providing sufficient logs etc for the log burner. Due to the holiday being at Christmas, it was enhanced by wonderful views from the property overlooking the snow capped mountains including Mount Scafell. We will definitely recommend this holiday cottage to anyone and we plan to return there without a doubt.
,A lovely cosy cottage. The owner was very welcoming and it was great that the log burning stove had plenty of wood and coal for our stay. A great place to have as a base to visit the Western Lakes.
