8 Waterside Wood is a delightful lodge on the White Cross Bay Holiday Park near Troutbeck Bridge. The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms which are a double with an en-suite shower room and two tin rooms. There is also a bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars at the rear of the lodge and a decked terrace with furniture. Guests can also use the on-site leisure facilities including a swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym and play park. 8 Waterside Wood is a perfect base for your holiday year round.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars at the rear of the lodge. Decked terrace with furniture. Shared on-site laundry facilities. Shared use of leisure facilities, including indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym, play park and multi-use games area. Two well-behaved pets welcome (must not be left unattended in the lodge), sorry, no smoking. On-site shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Although all ground floor, the property is accessed via 4 steps and there is no ramp access. Note: The property is located next to a stream and children should be supervised at all times, although the decking area is safe and secure. Note: Due to the site's rural location, mobile phone coverage and WiFi signal can be intermittent. Note: At check-in guests will be provided with a barrier pass number to use in the barrier key pad providing vehicular access to the park. Note: Guests wishing to use the on-site leisure facilities will need to purchase a leisure pass from reception. Passes cost £15 per stay and one pass is allocated per lodge.

The lodge was very comfortable, warm and welcoming. Every aspect of our needs was covered. The children wanted to stay longer! The location of the lodge was superb and the added bonus was the use of the leisure facilities on the site.
