The cottage was lovely - spacious, well equipped and very homely. We enjoyed relaxing by the log fire in the evenings! The location was great, we could look out at the garden and countryside watching numerous types of birds visit the feeders. Just across the lane was a park and tennis court, where our boys spent a lot of time and were quite safe. The village shop was very handy and the people were friendly. Although in a village we could quickly get to the main roads for visiting various beaches etc. We would highly recommend Cedar Cottage!

,The peacefulness of the village and its location to travel to tourist areas were both close enough but far enough away for us to get the best from our break. Loved the village shop and the village pub, the surprise was the garden and its wildlife, great spotted woodpecker, gold, green and bull finches, coal and blue tits and the shrew. A great peaceful relaxing week.
