This was a lovely homely cottage in a great location. We had everything we needed provided and only brought food supplies. The owner left some lovely extra touches like coffee, tea etc and a bottle of sparkles to see in the new year. The area itself was free from light pollution and so had amazing views of the skies at night. During the day there are many local beautiful rural beaches and coast views. Extremely dog friendly and lots of lovely walks from beaches, hills to forests and lochs.
,This is an outstanding cottage and we didn't want to leave, the owner had added some lovely details as well which made us and our baby daughter feel very welcome, at home and comfortable. The cottage has stunning views and is well situated to visit the surrounding area. The log burner was particularly nice. We just loved everything!

,The views from Birch Cottage are breathtaking, and ever changing. The woodburner was the perfect end to a long days walk in the hills! Will definitely be back!

,The cottage was warm and welcoming, it had a real home from home feeling. It was well positioned for exploring the Highlands and it was positioned in a peaceful & tranquil location. We would recommend the cottage to family and friends.

,Birch Cottage is in a lovely, isolated location with wonderful views from the cottage windows of the loch and scenery. Both WiFi and TV work well and the cottage has everything you require to enjoy your holiday. A great place to stay to relax and enjoy the Scottish scenery
Mr Hollebone, Northamptonshire
,The cottage is in a wonderful location, right on the loch side. The views from the living room window are stunning at every time of day, and you can view porpoises and Ospreys as you eat.
