Lovely clean house with big rooms and a large secluded garden, all situated at the end of a quiet road with the village an easy walk away with access to the road through a gate at the bottom of the garden. Beautiful views of the mountains and the 'dark' skies viewed from the two terrace's. We found the local villagers to be friendly and helpful to us and the Masonic Arms pub served excellent food. We were visited by red squirrels, tame pheasants and many more birds, including woodpeckers to the feeders we took with us. Heading north from the house and within a short driving distance we were in the mountains with not a house to be seen. The owners were very helpful to us and we look forward to going there again.
,Beautiful and well cared for property, lots of space and very well equipped. The huge garden, various patios and a conservatory a real bonus.
Mr Whiteley, Lancashire
,The peace and quiet this cottage offers is wonderful and the views are superb. The garden is perfect for children and dogs. A lot of thought has gone into making the accommodation as comfortable as possible.
Mrs Collinge, West Yorkshire
,A large, quiet, comfortable and well equipped property with amazing views and close to an attractive village with good facilities.
Mr Morrison, Isle of Wight
,Craiglure had lovely views, we made good use of the conservatory and the external decking ,which we don't have at home. It was a nice change to live on one level with out stairs. A great place to stay everything worked as it should and we had no problems. For peace and quiet and a base to explore Dumfries and Galloway the cottage is perfect.
Mr Kelly, West Lothian
,The cottage had everything in it that you would need and was very comfortable indeed. Of course the views were a winner. There was plenty of great walks close by that we enjoyed every day. A very relaxing place.
