We spent a cosy Christmas at the Barn, it was wonderful. Cannot fault anything, it's been perfect!
Miss Alderman, Cambridgeshire
,Number One Richmond Church Barns was a lovely, clean, well equipped property. We were there with our two young grandchildren and it was lovely and warm all the time, with plenty of hot water. We enjoyed our stay in this delightful cottage very much.
Mr Foster, North Yorkshire
,Wonderful accommodation, friendly owners and a good location.
Mrs Kennedy, Nottinghamshire
,The property was amazing; it's a very calming property with lots of space. The location is good and the owners were very welcoming and, with great knowledge of the area, they gave us a brilliant recommendation for a walk which is one of the best walks we have been on.
Mr Askew, Kent
,Cottage is lovely, tastefully decorated and very cosy. Fabulous large kitchen and lounge. Great location for visiting local places of interest. Owners are friendly and helpful but they very much gave us privacy during our stay. Fabulously powerful showers, plenty of towels and extra duvets provided although these weren't needed even in February as the cottage is wonderfully warm. Overall, a really great cottage.
,Number 1 Richmond Church Barns is all one would wish for. So good it makes you want to visit again, just for the property.
Mr Ward, Greater Manchester
,The cottage was ideal. When the heating is on it makes the house immediately very cosy. The owner was very welcoming even although we arrived later than expected. I have been in many holiday lets over the years and this one is definitely one of the very best.
Mrs Ventisei, Lanarkshire
,Probably the best cottage we have booked with Sykes. Very spacious. The owner supplied several items over and above the norm.
,The owners were available but not intrusive, approachable and friendly. The property was comfortable and homely, the provision of the basics was above standards I have experienced in other holiday lets. Overall highly recommended.
Mrs Harrison, Derbyshire
,Number 1 Richmond Barns was a fantastic place to be to discover Norfolk. We were attending a wedding in the area and the cottage was an ideal place to base ourselves. Our dog loved the cottage and the facilities were ideal for our 4 month old baby. The owner was fantastic and respected our privacy.
Mr Midwood, Hampshire
,We have recently spent a week at this cottage and could not fault a thing. The owners were very helpful but discreet. We could not fault a thing and we will definitely recommend this cottage to friends.
Mrs Dickinson, East Riding of Yorkshire
,This is a lovely converted barn. It is very spacious, clean and well equipped. We would recommend. We thought the owner was helpful.
Mrs Durant, Cambridgeshire
,Number One Richmond Church Barns is a very clean and comfortable cottage with everything you could wish for in a home away from home.
