Outside, the three acres of stunning, sub-tropical gardens are an absolute delight, and you'll also find off road parking for two cars plus a private path leading directly onto the beach! Shared patio and lawned gardens with terraces and seating areas, BBQ, croquet lawn, badminton net and tennis court. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs, restaurants and harbour 2 mins walk. Private access to beach 2 mins walk. Note: Small step up to entrance door and small step down from patio doors to sun terrace. Note: Gardens and access to beach are shared with the main house and the other apartment. Note: Pond with safety grid in shared grounds, children to be supervised. This was one of the best holiday cottages we've had, it was so comfortable and well equipped. The gardens were stunning. The staff we met were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, with access to the Coastal Path, easy for walking and the beach was a few yards away.
