The cottage was in an excellent location, close to New Mills, but nevertheless felt secluded. It was quiet and peaceful and very close to the River Goyt and the Millennium Walkway. The property was unusual, in an old converted mill, but beautifully restored. The original machinery was still in the roof space and looked great. The cottage was laid out in a sociable way to encourage communal living. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

,This is a beautifully converted mill, spacious enough for 7 people, and well furnished with modern fittings, whilst still being very charming. It is set in a gorgeous area of New Mills with the River Goyt running right outside the window, it makes a perfect base for exploring the local landscape, with lots to see and do in the area. We went in the dead of winter and this was a lovely cosy home to come back to after a day exploring.
Ms Blore, Greater Manchester
,An awesome place to stay which was homely and unique with an open plan design. The location was great, close to the town centre and with good transport links - the bus and train station were a short walk away. The accommodation was first class and in a peaceful and tranquil location.
Mr Cornhill, Cambridgeshire
,The cottage was perfect and in a beautiful setting.
