Old Function Rooms is a first floor apartment accessed through a staircase in the pub next door, in the Lincolnshire village of Hogsthorpe. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one double with en-suite bathroom, and one twin. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture that's shared with the pub. Old Function Rooms is a great base for a couple or small family with plenty to do nearby.

We had a fab time on our little get away to Old Function Rooms. It was nice to have the pub downstairs as having a baby meant we didn't have to lug everything around and we could go out for a short while. The local people were fab and the landlord/lady were really welcoming and friendly.
