Outside, there is a small enclosed courtyard with furniture, where you can let the dogs out in safety, whilst roadside parking can be found at the opposite end of the row to the cottage on a first come, first served basis. A nice newly refurbished cottage which was well heated. There were good instructions regarding access and parking. It was in a quiet location and was well equipped.
