Property Feedback

Had a fantastic time, enjoyed returning to The Old Chapel as much as we enjoyed our days out. The property was beautifully presented and situated, with amazing views and feels like a secluded haven, whilst remaining in easy distance of an array of amenities and access routes. Will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend.

,It was lovely and quiet, truly peaceful.

,The Chapel is very beautiful and special. It is a great place as a base for touring the area but there are amazing views from the house and a lovely patio to sit outside and enjoy them.
Mr Moodie, Aberdeenshire
July 2015

,The cottage has been completely refurbished but has not lost any of its charm. It is very central for touring all the tourist attractions but nice & quiet to come back & relax on the terrace in the evening.
Mr Honeyford,

,Spotlessly clean, very friendly hosts, great location and exceptional value.

,The views of the countryside are beautiful, as are the the birds and the rest of the wildlife. Everything was on hand to make our stay as perfect as possible. The fire was ready to light if needed and there were various treats to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The owners of the property could not have been better; as lovely a couple as you could wish to meet.
Mrs Biggin,

Niel Mcgurk,

,Beautiful location and an absolutely beautiful cottage. I loved that it was a converted chapel. It was really well decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. It was so helpful that there were walking guides in the cottage and information about the local tourist attractions. The cottage was very peaceful and I didn't want to leave. We loved staying here for Christmas and I would recommend it to a friend. I would also like to stay again.
Mr Whittington,
December 2015

,The Old Chapel is a fantastic getaway in a great location to explore the Peak District. The accommodation is excellent with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is brilliant, the sitting area is cosy and has a very good log burner. The chapel is full of character and the spiral staircase up to the bedroom/ensuite is great. Outside is a brilliant patio with stunning views over the countryside. We had a fantastic welcome fromthe owner and will definitely be returning in the future. I would recommend the Old Chapel to anybody you will have a brilliant stay.

,The cottage was a perfect week long break away from the stresses of life. Our hosts were so friendly and the countryside and views around the property were utterly breathtaking and perfect for a few challenging rides on our bikes. We loved it so much we're thinking of making it a yearly retreat.

Mrs Hall, Cornwall
April 2016

,The accommodation was very nice, in a great, quiet location, and the owners could not be more friendly and helpful. There is a bird feeding station outside the property so we got to see lots of different birds feeding close by.
