The design, the furnishings and location was one of the best, if not the best self catering accommodation we have ever stayed in.
,The house was fantastic, spotlessly clean, amazingly comfortable beds with crisp white bedding (better than top hotel) all that you needed for fantastic holiday was there. The owner was extremely helpful but not in any way intrusive. Wonderful, peaceful setting. We had a fantastic time and nice rest.

,The most wonderful house in a very beautiful setting. The bed linen and towels were exceptional. It's is the kind of place you could return to again and again watching the seasons.
,The house was really comfortable and always warm with an outlook so beautiful we would have liked to have stayed longer. The owner gave us a very friendly welcome and showed us around.

,Everything was excellent; from the luxury of the house itself to the prime location near Lincoln and the welcoming owner! Will definitely be coming back in the Summer season to enjoy the beautiful gardens!
Miss Greenhoff, SOUTH YORKSHIRE
,The owner met us at the property and gave us a tour. She was friendly and approachable throughout our stay. The property was perfect for our stay. It was set back from the road on a country lane, quiet. We had a choice of the 2 large bedrooms, with a smaller one for our children. The kids loved the dvd selection and took over the smaller lounge room.
,We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Broadleaf House and will definitely recommend it to family and friends. The accommodation is excellent, providing ample space for 4 adults and a toddler to enjoy time both as a family and separately for some well earned rest. The house is located in a rural area yet is near enough to civilisation to ensure you aren't too isolated. It provided an excellent base to explore the local area.
