The cottage is in a perfect location in the village. The warm welcome we received was fantastic. The cottage was of a very high standard and I would be happy to recommend to anybody. The overall decoration was cosy, the wood burner was easy to use and kept the cottage lovely and warm. The village holds 3 pubs that all serve food.
,Saddle Cottage is a very well finished, cosy cottage in a delightful little village and the owners are most welcoming.
Mr Graham, Dumfries and Galloway
, We had a great welcome on arrival at Saddle Cottage, the cottage was lovely, clean and obviously well cared for. The bed was very comfortable, something which you often don't find in holiday cottages. We will definitely return to Saddle Cottage.
Miss Woodhouse, Lancashire
,An excellent cottage, everything was perfect, as was the location. I would recommend this to anyone.
Mr Smith, Buckinghamshire
,A very pleasant cottage that is well cared-for. The owner obviously takes care of it and takes pride in it. There were no problems, and the whole holiday went well. We would have no hesitation in booking there again.
Dr Simmers, West Yorkshire
,What a beautiful cottage. Everything about the cottage was well thought out and decorated in a style that suited the age of the building. Although it was only a small cottage everything was designed to make it somehow spacious. We cooked a fair bit so it was nice to have all the pots/pans/utensils to do everyday cooking. We had a lovely time with a cosy cottage to come back to after long walks in the moors.
