The Cottage was lovely and a great size. The kids loved the games room and spent every evening there. We couldn't believe just how well stocked the kitchen was and really appreciated the cake on arrival! I would thoroughly recommend this Cottage.
Ms Kerr, Midlothian
,Superb location and facilities for our party of 8 people and being able to accommodate 2 well behaved Scottie dogs, really made our family meet up very enjoyable. Quiet and rural site with ample parking. Welcome pack in property was much appreciated. The cottage was very warm and roomy - everything was good. We would book again, we loved it!
,This is a beautiful house with outstanding accommodation, lots of equipment and lovely furnishings. We hired it jointly with Manifold Farmhouse to have a family celebration for my mother's 80th birthday and it was just perfect. It was especially convenient because the entrances to these two particular properties are next to each other and the same car parking area is shared. We all wished we could have stayed longer.
,Superb cottage and will definitely visit again.
Mrs Hughes, Staffordshire
,Wonderful space. The games room was a wonderful addition and we had a fresh baked Victoria sponge awaiting us on arrival absolutely perfect. Had lots of tourist information, will definitely be returning.
Miss Lawson, Buckinghamshire
,A gorgeous location and a very pretty and comfortable cottage. There was ample seating in the living room and at the dining table for all members of the party. We enjoyed using the wood burning stove to add to the comfortable atmosphere.

,This is an absolutely fabulous cottage for a family. Our family still talk about it with great fondness.
