We absolutely loved it. The cottage was exactly as we hoped and the owners made us very welcome. We loved the animals and I have fallen in love with a goat! I wouldn't change a thing, and will definitely be back again for a longer period. Missing the friendly dogs as well.
Mr Albone, Essex
,An excellent cottage, the décor was very tasteful. Had a very friendly welcome from owners. It was a great base for visiting different attractions.
,A very enjoyable break in a lovely setting. Everything we wanted from a countryside setting. The Tourist Board Star Grade rating is in my opinion incorrect. I think 4 stars is more reflective of the setting rather than the 3 stars given.
Mr Poulson, Somerset
,This was our honeymoon and The Linhay is both wonderful and romantic. Everything was beautiful and of high quality. The owners are so friendly and accommodating. The views out of the windows are of beautiful countryside. It is an amazing place.
Mr Simmons, Wiltshire
,Liked everything from start to finish. The owner and his family are very welcoming and accommodating. The cottage is fantastic, as is the countryside and the farm, the kids loved the very friendly dogs and feeding the lambs, chicks etc. There were lots of nice towns within a thirty minute drive, and nice walks also. Thanks for making this one of the best and most enjoyable holidays we have had. Very highly recommended.
,The lovely family made you feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The barn was lovely and all the animals made the holiday. The location was good. Overall, a great holiday and great accommodation, would recommend.
Mrs Osborn, Worcestershire
,This is a superb recently refurbished property with excellent facilities. We were able to relax and slow down.
Dr Eade, Nottinghamshire
,A fabulous cottage, and we received a warm welcome from the owners! Definitely recommend and will go back again! The cottage had everything you could ask for and everything is of a high standard!
Mrs Gregory, Nottinghamshire
,Beautifully appointed accommodation, the barn is breathtaking and very friendly owners. Wonderfully peaceful and relaxing location. We will definitely return.
Ms Lund, Oxfordshire
,Absolutely loved the remote location and being on the farm with all the animals. The accomdation was very modern and extremely clean and warm considering the double height space. The quality of the finishes was superb. Our hosts were perfect and welcoming but also left us to enjoy our first family holiday together.
Mr Fittall, Warwickshire
,Everything has been great, the property was as we expected, if not better and the whole process from browsing your website to booking to communication of relevant information has been first class. I would have no hesitation in booking with you again
Mrs Hake, Aberdeenshire
,A really comfortable cottage to return to whatever the weather threw at us. The welcome from the owners was second to none. The four dogs are great characters and very friendly, if you have food on you they will find it! The surrounding countryside is beautiful, various walks available from the property and many places of interest to visit. We hope to return later this year as there is so much still to explore.
Mr Booth, Kent
,The Linhay is a very comfortable holiday home. It is situated on a small farm near a friendly village and is a great base from which to explore Devon and north Cornwall in all directions. The owners could not be nicer.
Mr Butler, Hampshire
,There was four adults in our party. The welcome by the owner and family was very warm. The accommodation was first class one of the best I have stayed in. I would rebook at this cottage.
,The cottage was amazing and finished to a very high standard. The owners gave us some very good tips on places to visit. The cottage was the perfect base for our week in Devon, we will definitely go back there soon.
