Was a lovely cottage, the garden was perfect for the children to play in while being able to potter in the kitchen and still keep an eye on them. Also a perfect location for access to shops and an easy to drive out to other destinations.
Mr Reece, Essex
,A beautiful cottage, with easy access to public transport, excellent communication with the owner and 7 days of wall to wall sunshine.
Mr Hopewell, Nottinghamshire
,Beautiful garden. Pretty cottage. We've stayed at many cottages & this is one of the very best.
Mr Saal, Queensland
,Lovely peaceful & private cottage only a short walking distance away from the bustle of Bowness centre, so could enjoy a busy day then retreat back and relax. Great natural garden for children to play in at end of the day whilst we were cooking. Easy access to family countryside walks & climbs.
Mrs Furness, North Yorkshire
,Loved the cottage and location.
Mrs Melia, Greater Manchester
,Beck Cottage was fantastic it accommodated my family brilliantly there was 4 adults 1 child and a baby and there was plenty of space to suit us all. My niece loved the garden and stream it kept her entertained for hours. The house is set in its own grounds/garden which makes it so peaceful and relaxing.
Mrs Morgan, Lancashire
,Very comfortable cottage. Lovely garde and views of garden from living room and snug. Close proximity to town and lake. Wonderful walks nearby.
Mrs Doherty, Tyne and Wear
,Beck Cottage was superb, well situated and perfect for our needs. We loved the wood burner and being able to relax watching the TV after a day hillwalking. Also nice to have a soak in a warm bath to relieve the hillwalking aches. We really can't fault anything.
,The cottage is in a very quiet area with a lovely secluded garden.
Mr Betteridge, Warwickshire
,The cottage is beautiful, set in a quiet area of Bowness with the most amazing garden with flowing water. The beds were so comfortable and the shower was brilliant. It is a very spacious cottage with a lovely room opening up to the garden. The Lake District must be one of the most beautiful places in Britain, if not the world.
