The Old Dairy is in a good location for exploring the area and has good local facilities.
Mr Robson, Hertfordshire
,The property has been beautifully done and lacks nothing, all the small touches are great. The layout is perfect for two people and the property is in a great location to strike out into the locality.
Mr Benson, Lancashire
,Loved it. The welcome package was very much appreciated. The cottage was excellent. Thank you, we had a really nice time.
,The cottage was fabulous, and the welcome pack to was so thoughtful. Our dog was so relaxed and loved the river walks. Had a lovely atmosphere in the cottage, the locals were lovely too.
Mrs Torrance, East Sussex
,A lovely cosy cottage which was comfortable and clean, had a great holiday.
Miss Ormston, Tyne and Wear
,A very cosy cottage in a peaceful location with great walks from the doorstep. Had a comfortable bed. Our dog loved the cottage and it was a bonus having the enclosed outside area. The butcher next door sold excellent produce and pizzas from the Stable Hearth across the road were fab! Lots of local information was provided by the owners. We took trips out to the coast which was just over an hour away, with glorious sandy beaches for the dog to run on.
Miss Molloy, Derbyshire
,The area is beautiful and the cottage had been a converted dairy and had lots of character. Also the weather was great!
Mrs Horsburgh, East Ayrshire
,The Old Dairy was cozy. The owner had considered every possibility to make you feel welcome and to enjoy your holiday.
Mrs Kennedy, Nottinghamshire
,A fabulous location in a beautiful village. The cottage was very luxurious, everything that you could possibly need had been thought of. The villagers were all very welcoming, and there were lots of things to do in the surrounding area, a great base to explore a picturesque part of the country.
Mr Parker, Lincolnshire
,Gorgeous cottage, the web page does not do it enough justice. Having read the other reviews we can now fully understand why people have come to the cottage for their honeymoon and thoroughly enjoyed it. Perfect stay in a lovely village with lots to do just a short drive away.
Miss Johnson, Leicestershire
,The Old Dairy was just what we needed after a stressful week. It had everything and more, the owner had thought of just everything! The cottage was lovely, warm and comfortable and we just loved the roll top bath and candles. The king size bed was so comfortable. The locals were friendly, kind and helpful, and we will be coming back soon. The best holiday cottage we have had so far, we cannot wait to return! Thank You.
Mrs Mccabe, Northumberland
,The Old Dairy was a lovely property, decor was lovely and I would recommend it to my friends
,The cottage was very cosy and tastefully restored with a wonderful, cosy lounge and well kitted out kitchen. The bedroom was a very good size and the bed was very comfy. I especially loved the enclosed patio area ideal to let the dogs out first thing in the morning. I would imagine in the Summer months it is lovely to sit out with a glass of vino. The Old Dairy is situated next door to a very nice local pub and a great butcher. The village itself is beautiful with a massive village green and minutes walk to the riverside walks. I will be recommending to everyone and hope to come back soon.
Mrs Dean, North Yorkshire
,The Old Dairy is a small cottage that suits 2 people down to the ground. The cottage had everything we needed to use in the kitchen to cook an evening meal. Location is perfect for Durham and the Yorkshire Dales which we enjoyed visiting. The local people were friendly.
Ms Copson, Derbyshire
,The whole holiday experience from arriving at the property to departing was fantastic. The four poster bed was large and comfy and the living area was cosy, all in all it could not have been better. The dogs were well catered for as well, with pleasant walks close by and even a bit of swimming. We would all go back again, thank you.
