This is a beautifully restored cottage, in a very picturesque village, in a scenic part of the country! There was plenty of well-equipped space for us and the even dog was made very welcome. We had excellent friendly communication from the owner. We had a lovely short break and would definitely come again.
,Really enjoyed our stay in this well located and beautifully presented cottage. Ashford-in-the-Water is a very pretty village. We did walks directly from the cottage to the Magpie Mine and Monsal Head and enjoyed visits to Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall - we left plenty to do on our next visit!
,We enjoyed a wonderful week in this lovely cottage. It was very clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped, with quality crisp white bedding. The enclosed courtyard garden was a lovely spot to sit in and secure for our dog. The cottage is well situated with easy access to Bakewell and Chatsworth. We hardly used the car as there were excellent walks straight from the door. Some good local pubs and tea rooms.
Mrs Jones, North Yorkshire
,The standard of decor, comfort and cleanliness of this cottage was fantastic. This was enhanced by touches like the basic provisions supplied to get us started, including a generous amount of fuel for the fires. Also the location in the heart of a lovely village with cosy pub in easy walking distance made for a great weekend break despite inclement weather.
Mrs Scott, Worcestershire
,Sunrise Cottage was very well equipped and everything was provided for a perfect holiday. There are also excellent local pubs, village shops and lots of walks from property. The bedding and beds were excellent. With two bathrooms, three toilets and it being dog friendly, what more could you want?
Mrs Shove, Essex

,Immaculately presented cottage in close walking proximity to 2 pubs and a general store. Cottage instructions manual easy to use.

,We had a wonderful holiday. We loved the warm and comfortable cottage. It is located in a great village with easy access to Bakewell.
,This was such a fantastic place to stay. We loved our stay here and would definitely go back. The open fires and underfloor heating were so welcome in the cold weather and appreciated by all, especially my dog! The extra bathroom was great with 6 adults. I can say, easily the best presented cottage I have ever stayed in. We loved it and thank the landlady kindly for her hospitality.
,Sunrise Cottage is an immaculately clean, well presented cottage. Careful thought has clearly been given to equipping the cottage and it is decorated with charm and style. The back garden was beautiful and the boot room was a great advantage for a walking holiday with a dog. We very much enjoyed the beautiful back garden. The cottage is very centrally situated in a lovely village and we would certainly return.
Mrs Fitzgerald, East Sussex
,The cottage was superb, the standard of everything was top of the range. We all enjoyed visiting Derbyshire, it was our first visit and we found it very interesting and beautiful with so much to see and do.
