Pleasant location. Property very clean, tidy and everything needed was to hand. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. A very nice place to stay.
Mrs O'hara, Kent
,The accommodation was really lovely, warm and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Although in the countryside, we were very central for access to both Salisbury, Southampton and places of interest. We both really enjoyed our break and felt well rested afterwards despite all the sight seeing we managed to fit in.
,A beautifully equipped holiday hideaway. It was quiet, very well appointed and spotlessly clean. The owners where very friendly and supportive. Highly recommended.
Mr Clayton, Hampshire
,We particularly liked the standard of the property, the quirkiness of its location, and the joy of waking up in the morning and hearing only birdsong! The standard of the property completely exceeded our expectations for the price we paid and the detail in which the owners had fitted out the accommodation has to be applauded - a real home from home from the moment we entered the property. I had not noticed any tourist board rating when I booked but I would certainly rate it 5 star. The most relaxing holiday I can remember in all my years. A huge thank you.
Mrs Robinson, Shropshire
,The owners are friendly and helpful and the accommodation is immaculate, well equipped and very peaceful.
Miss Turnbull, West Sussex
,This is our second Sykes holiday this year and The Roost was a good choice of property. We like the unusual. The property was well appointed and conveniently located for our days out. The owner was friendly and helpful. We returned home two relaxed and happy chickens!
,The owners made us feel very welcome and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
,We couldn't have wished for better, everything was there that we needed. Had a thoroughly enjoyable break.
Mr Harding, Devon
,The roost was an excellent property in a really good location to enjoy Hampshire and the surrounding area.
Mr Salter, Nuneaton Warks
,The Roost is in a great location with all the major tourist attractions within a short drive, and the owners were very welcoming and helpful with local information. The cottage is perfect for a relaxing getaway and we would thoroughly recommend.
Mr Allston, Norfolk
,In a beautiful rural location. One of the best cottages I've ever stayed at, and I would happily return. The owners were very friendly and helpful.
