We were celebrating our Ruby Wedding and were joined by all our five children, three spouses and nine grandchildren so we needed a big spot. We were not disappointed. The high quality of the house and fittings, the ample space for children (young and old) to play indoors when it was raining, the warm welcome from the owner, the ample well equipped kitchen, the hot tub, the beautiful grounds, the bedrooms and en-suite facilities, the 'flexible' lounge furniture and the views from most rooms over Morcambe Bay to the hills beyond all helped to make it a memorable holiday and celebration.
Mr Plant, East Riding of Yorkshire
,Everything was great, many many thanks.
Mr Mckechnie, North Yorkshire
,We had an amazing time - the property was gorgeous.
Miss Donovan, Greater Manchester
,We had a brilliant weekend away. The accommodation was perfect for us as a large group, the communal spaces were big enough for everyone and all the bedrooms were great. Highly recommend.
Mrs Telford, Tyne and Wear
,A very comfortable property and well decorated. Its great to find a property with en-suite on all of the rooms.
,The bedrooms all had en suites and were furnished to an excellent standard. The lounge and dining area were so large it more than accommodated our party of 16 adults and 6 children. The kitchen was of a catering standard so had more than enough crockery and glasses for us all. The location was also very picturesque with views down to the sea which is only a 10 minute walk away. Outstanding accommodation which we would recommend to big groups without hesitation.
Miss Gavin, West Yorkshire
,Eden Lodge was warm and welcoming, very well furnished and equipped. We booked to celebrate my 70th birthday for my family ranging from 6 months to 73 years old. There were lots of things to do, including hot tub, sauna and trampoline. It made my birthday very special.
Mrs Cleworth, Greater Manchester
,The accommodation was excellent with each bedroom having an en-suite. There were 22 people in our party and they all remarked how good Eden Lodge is. There was plenty of room, cutlery, crockery and this was an ideal place to hold a 60th birthday weekend. Convenient for Windermere, Eden Lodge is an ideal base and a bonus was the golf course next door. Overall a great weekend enjoyed by all!
,Eden lodge is a fantastic property. There is more than enough room and the standard is excellent.
Mr Crawford, Tyne and Wear
,The house was the best large property we have been to (we have visited over 20 in the past). It was really well equipped and the furnishings were beautiful. The house was spotless and provided a wonderful base for the area.
Mrs Belle, Merseyside
,A great house and location, fitted perfectly for a large group of friends, we loved it!
