We thought the Barn was beautifully furnished and ideal for two families sharing. The house would be great in the summer when the patio doors could be opened into the garden.

,The accommodation was excellent. It was great having bedrooms downstairs and up - suited my elderly mum with mobility issues. Had great showers & plentiful hot water and the house warmed up very quickly and was cosy. In a lovely quiet location with lots of night sky and stars visible. It was well appointed with everything you could need. Tracks around the farm for dog walking were also very welcome, it was safe and away from roads. We were able to visit many places very readily. It was most enjoyable and would love to return to Northumberland area, despite the cold wind that blew all week!
Miss Dray, Berkshire
,Light, warm and cosy for a cold March/April week. Spacious rooms and everything we could need supplied including a fabulous welcome chocolate cake! We enjoyed the open views and the walks starting from the garden. A very safe environment for children. The local village had a friendly pub with good food, a well stocked shop and on Wednesdays a visit from an excellent fish and chip van! The village is only 1 mile away and pleasant walk on a quiet country road. The amazing and vast dune beaches and the Holy Island were only 10 minutes by car.
Mrs Gardiner, Scottish Borders
,A quiet and peaceful location. All very spacious, with a lovely high ceiling in the lounge and we used the outdoor patio area every day. The owners next door were extremely helpful, definitely going the extra mile on several occasions.
Dr Thomson, Staffordshire
,Beautiful house and welcoming owners. Lovely and very generous sized rooms.
,There was an overall feeling of well-being/homeliness whilst we were at the property. The views and immediate walks were great, all in all a great place to relax.
,The location and the cottage itself were absolutely fantastic. The cottage had everything we could have wished for and more. I would say that this was the best holiday cottage I have ever been to and would have no hesitation in recommending this to my family and friends and would love to return for a further holiday in the future.
Mrs Forth, North Yorkshire
,Lovely, cosy accommodation, perfect for families.
Mrs Cossey, Durham
,We had a fantastic time staying at the cottage. Everything was just perfect. On arrival we were greeted with a lovely cake which made us feel welcome. There was 6 of us and never felt like we were on top of each other. My boyfriend loved the log burner which kept us all nice and cosy of a night. It was just the two of us on the last day and we enjoyed a meal in the garden which has lovely views.
,It was a very well kitted out cottage - tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It was very clean and we couldn't pick fault with it at all. Really enjoyed our stay and would hopefully return.
