Set over the lower ground and ground floors, the property has four bedrooms along with a bathroom, shower room and cloakroom. There's also a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with gas fire. Outside, there is off road parking for one car, plus roadside parking available nearby, bike storage, and a patio garden with furniture. With all of the amenities of St Annes-on-Sea and Lytham St Annes on the doorstep, along with the beach, makes Woodlands Suite a wonderful choice for large groups of families and friends.

Woodlands was situated in an Ideal location which was close to all amenities. The suite was large and spacious, well equipped and had everything we desired. We found it to be one of the best properties we have stayed in. The owners were very obliging and ensured we were well catered for. Nothing seemed too much trouble.
