A warm reception by the owner and we received a good explanation of how everything in the cottage worked. The interior of the property was very clean, neat and well prepared. The furniture was in great condition, and very comfortable.
Mr Sharland, Newport
,EVERYTHING had been thought of in the kitchen, and everything that was in the property felt luxurious. Extra large bath towels and fluffy carpets. WiFi was brilliant. The owners couldn't have been more helpful.
,"The cottage was lovely; containing everything we needed and in an excellent condition. The upstairs was really spacious and there was a cosy seating area downstairs for relaxing in the evening. The property was situated in a great location in a quiet, rural area but also very close to places of interest and essential facilities."
,A lovely place to stay, it was comfortable, warm and stylish. The owners were friendly and helpful; it was fascinating to find out about the history of the property and its link to the china clay industry. A visit to Wheal Martyn museum is a must to fully understand the significance. It was a great centre for the area, particularly Eden Project which is just up the road, there were plenty of attractions, gardens and towns to visit within a reasonable drive. We were a party of 3 but there is plenty of room for 4 in this great property, highly recommended.
,The Leat was an excellent property, could not fault it. Plus it was a good base for visiting places. The owners were lovely people, would definitely like to go again.
Mr Diemer, Bedfordshire

,The Leat is a spotless and beautiful accommodation, in a great location for getting around the area.
Miss Cadman-jones, Hampshire
,Fantastic accommodation with really nice and approachable owners. It is very central to most places in Cornwall and only a 5 minute drive to the Eden Project. Highly recommend.
Mrs Williams, West Midlands
,We had a fantastic stay at The Leat. The property is very comfortable and close to lots of local attractions including the Eden project and some lovely beaches and days out. The owners have put a lot of effort into making the accommodation family friendly. They were both very welcoming and helpful during our stay. We would certainly recommend the accommodation to others.
Mrs Roger, Cheshire
,Pretty and spacious holiday home with an interesting history. We visited the Wheal Martyn China Clay pit, where we saw similar clay drying facilities. We liked the diversity of Cornwall and every day was different: beach, coast, pretty villages, industrial heritage, gardens etc.
