Property Feedback

Everything. This was an excellent cottage, recently refurbished to a very high standard.

,A quality cottage in an excellent location for the Dales and its main towns in the West.
Mr Perry, Staffordshire
November 2014

,Although small, Betty's Cottage is extraordinarily spacious. The rooms are quite generous in size, so there's no squeezing or ducking! Furnishing and decoration is all to a very high standard and the wood-burner is fabulous, with a great supply of logs and kindling. The position of the cottage is ideal, very central, but away from the busy A65. The off street parking is a bonus. We hugely enjoyed the short break and will want to return.
Mr Hope, Lancashire
February 2015

,A very well equipped and cosy cottage. Excellent location for exploring the Dales, including good walks from the cottage. There was a food shop near by, two pubs in the village and an Indian restaurant, all good ones. There was parking right outside the door. Highly recommended.
Mr Jones,
April 2015

,The accommodation was first class and well positioned for exploring the Dales.
Mr Hunt,
May 2015

Mrs Fairgrieve, Leicestershire
August 2015

,The cottage was great, with a comfy bed, lovely furnishings and a shiny new bathroom and kitchen, plus everything you would need. The village of Gargrave was an unexpected bonus with lovely village greens and river with stepping stones - we knew about the canal of course! All in all a really lovely place to stay.
Mrs Rothenberger, North Yorkshire
August 2015

,Betty's Cottage was very well equipped with good quality furnishings and a nice style. It was very comfortable and clean and situated in a lovely village called Gargrave. The garden and summerhouse were additional extras. We immediately felt comfortable and at home.
Mrs Hansford, Lincolnshire
September 2015

,Betty's Cottage is a very comfortable cottage. The location is ideal as a base. The owners take a lot of trouble to welcome you to the cottage, if only all cottages could be as nice. Excellent.
Mr Jones, Roxburghshire
December 2015

,Betty's Cottage was extremely well presented, everything we needed was there. It was clean, comfortable & very warm which in February, after some long walks was lovely. It is very close to good restaurants, a well stocked local shop, and some very good walks. Will definitely be recommending Betty's Cottage to my friends & family.
