A beautiful barn conversion cottage set in incredibly landscaped farmland. The Cottage is set on a beautiful and quiet part of the island, but really near ferries and the east coast. The perfect point from which to explore.
,The cottage was lovely - situated in a lovely area close to local places and easy access. The views were stunning with countryside and wildlife, and the whole atmosphere was very welcoming. We definitely would recommend this cottage to friends/family and anyone interested in a stay on the island. We will definitely be returning back soon!
Miss Newton, Wiltshire
,A very pretty spot. The owners were very helpful but not intrusive which is very important. Liked it so much that we will probably book again next year as there is so much to do and we couldn't do it all.
Mr Taylor, Suffolk
,A lovely well maintained place to stay. It was away from it all with wonderful scenery and wildlife. The property owners were lovely people, helpful and on hand if you wanted to know anything, but then left you to enjoy your holiday, which was a great balance. We would certainly like to return.
Mrs Thomas, Nottinghamshire
,The island was beautiful and the location of the cottage made it ideal for exploring the island. The cottage was well equipped and situated in a fabulous rural location, with superb wildlife and birds. There were lots of great walks from the cottage. A lovely retreat for a couple who just wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of work.
Mr Cunningham, Norfolk
,Woodpecker Cottage is in a very quiet location, but easily accessible and in a good position for exploring the Isle of Wight. It is very tranquil with a lovely view of the countryside.
