Hollywall Cottage is a very good house and in a lovely area.
,The spectacular views were priceless & the warmth of the cottage was great. The garden is superb for dogs and the log burner is lovely after a hard day out walking!
Mrs Haynes, Wiltshire
,The cottage was lovely and warm and the views were fantastic. It was not far from Ludlow. Lots of things to do, for example; National Trust properties, forests and cycle tracks.
Mrs Borrell, East Sussex
,We love Hollywall! This was the eighth year we have come from western Canada to rent the property for the month of May. The house is warm, bright, comfortable and inviting, with the feel of a real lived-in farmhouse, not like your typical holiday let. It is very secluded and we love the lack of city noise and light pollution. The views over the surrounding hills and valleys are spectacular; we never tire of gazing out over the landscape. There is plenty of wildlife around, as well as domestic animals in the fields around us, and we enjoy the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the peaceful rural setting. There are great walks right from the door, either on footpaths or in the many country lanes nearby. For us, Hollywall has really become a home away from home and we look forward to returning every year.
Ms Russell, Saskatchewan
,A beautiful cottage in a very special location. The owner came to welcome us on arrival and encouraged us to ring her if we needed anything. The cottage was exactly what we hoped for when we booked. Thank you.
,We loved our stay at Hollywall! The house was amazing.
Mrs Austin, Queensland
,Loved Hollywall Cottage and it's rural location. Drive and track were very muddy, but this didn't cause a problem. Lovely atmosphere in the cottage, the beautiful setting enabled us to have a wonderful Christmas.
Mrs Hobbs, West Sussex
,We had a great holiday in a lovely setting. Hollywall Cottage and the views were wonderful and the owners was friendly and helpful.
Mr Wilson, Dorset
,The spectacular views from every window; the peace of the countryside; the lack of traffic noise and light pollution; the opportunity for walks from the doorstep and feeling immersed in the rural world; the presence of so many animals and birds; the escape it offered from busy city lives; the attentiveness of the wonderful owners of the property, Michelle who always make us feel so welcome. This year we particularly enjoyed the antics of the small herd of cattle in the field around the house, who kept us amused by their many escape attempts in search of greener pastures. This was not so amusing, however, for the owners, who had to keep rushing over to retrieve them.
Ms Russell, Saskatchewan
,The views are stunning and the location is restful. The cottage was well equipped. There is so much to see in the surrounding area - we were not stuck for things to do and see.
