We spent a lovely week at Blue Stack. The house is extremely comfortable and very well set up for 8 people. The owners are very thoughtful in so many ways. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay!
Mr Matulevicius, County Armagh
,The location was lovely and just as described. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Plenty of space in the property and the bathrooms were particularly spacious. The scenery from the property was stunning and the general area was good to explore.
Ms Slinger, County Londonderry
,Liked the location, the view from the sun room, the friendly hosts and their sheep. In a quiet country location with a fireplace with plenty of fuel, it had a home away from home atmosphere.
,We had a wonderful stay at Blue Stack House. The owner was very friendly and made us feel so welcome. The house was perfect in every way. The bedrooms were beautiful with comfortable mattresses and the bathrooms large and new. The views from the house far exceeded our expectations. Can't recommend it highly enough!
,Blue Stack House was a truly lovely house in a beautiful and peaceful setting. The owners could not have been nicer and more welcoming. It was just a lovely stay made more special by the warm and friendly welcome we were given. The kids are already eagerly asking when we will book to go back! Would thoroughly recommend to everyone to book this lovely house.
,This is a five star property! A total gem! The house itself had everything you could possibly need - right down to jigsaws for rainy afternoons. It's located in the pristine surroundings of the Bluestack mountains. Everything to help make your stay comfortable has been thought of. The beds are comfy, the bedding is quality, the kitchen is well equipped and there's WiFi! It's a real home from home. The owner's deserve a special mention, they're worth their weight in gold. They took fabulous care of us. So much so we are already planning return trips!
Mrs Foulds, London
,The property is in the Blue Stack Mountains, an area of outstanding natural beauty. There is practically no traffic at the property, which affords a private and relaxing safe environment for guests. Donegal is a short car journey away, as is the beach and the Wild Atlantic Way. The house is well proportioned and equipped to meet the needs of a large extended family.
Mr Mcveigh, County Tyrone
,Fantastic house and location. The views were extraordinary and the isolation was just what we were looking for. The house has lots of space and was nice and warm even on some very cold winter days.
,The house was perfect in every way. The rooms are spacious and spotless and the views over Bundoran and Sligo town are spectacular. I hope to return.
,From the first meeting with the owners it felt we were with family. They could not have been more helpful, always checking if everything was okay for us and if we needed any help whilst in Ireland, we were to contact them. Then the house, the most beautiful holiday home we have stayed at, during our many travels to Ireland, a real home from home, a jewel. I had read the location was remote, but that was exactly what we were looking for, it is only minutes away from Donegal town and a perfect location for walkers, or those of us that enjoy the peace and the beauty the countryside offers. Each morning, we were in awe of the amazing scenery, so much so, we did not want to leave, but as we are returning again in November, it made things easier, knowing we will be returning. Thank you so much for making our stay so unforgettable.
