Owners are friendly but not intrusive. A perfect choice for a chill out break.
Mr Foy, Merseyside
,Quiet, private. The owners were good hosts. The quality of the accommodation was excellent and spacious.
Mrs Rolfe, Buckinghamshire
,A really lovely cottage in the middle of a truly stunning view. The lounge in particular is cosy and contemporary, with doors and plenty of windows looking out to the garden and views of the countryside beyond. The cottage was warm and clean and had everything we needed in it. We received a warm welcome and were made to feel we could ask for anything we needed.
Miss Stone, East Sussex
,A lovely property with everything you need and a fantastic view. We've already booked again for next year. The owners are two of the nicest people we've ever met, greeting us when we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. The property is on a working farm and we were allowed access to the lambs and calves. We would rate this property 10/10.
Mr Marrington, Hampshire
,A beautiful location with great views, the open plan living area was really lovely and very comfortable. With a bathroom en suite and a family bathroom, we had one each, brilliant.
Mr Clark, Wiltshire
,The cottage is perfectly located for visiting the north coast of Devon and all its wonderful towns and beaches, as well as Exmoor itself. The owners are friendly and helpful. The cottage is on a farm and you are encouraged to look around at the animals; lovely for children. The garden is fully enclosed for both dog and child safety which allows everyone to relax. There was plenty of parking. The lodge is well furnished, very comfortable and the view from the windows in the lounge is a real treat. So quiet it rejuvenates.
Miss Kaye, Somerset
,We are so glad we are going back in October for a week. The Lodge was superb, everything was so nice and comfortable. We were only there for a short break and we were sad to leave, can't wait to return. The view is so lovely and the owners were so friendly. Will be recommending Elworthy Lodge to our friends.
Mr Hill, Cornwall
,The location was perfect and the fact that the owners also catered for our dogs was brilliant. 10 out of 10. I would wholeheartedly recommend this holiday lodge to all responsible pets owners looking for a stress free and enjoyable holiday.
Mrs Locke, Warwickshire
,We have just got back from a week at Elworthy Lodge and we had a fantastic time. The owners were fantastic hosts and the view from the Lodge is fabulous. The Lodge itself is modern and very clean. There are 2 bathrooms, enough crockery and cutlery, and comfy beds. We will definitely going back and have already recommended the lodge to family.
Mrs Thomas, Worcestershire
,The lodge was light, airy and spacious with beautiful views to admire from the comfort of the sofas. The owners were friendly and very welcoming. We found them to be on hand if needed but in no way intrusive on our privacy. The facilities were excellent; everything has been thought of and for those who want, a good WiFi connection which we found smooth and speedy. Elsworthy Farm was the perfect base for exploring the North Devon and Somerset areas and we will definitely return.
Mrs Harvey, Essex
,Everything was brilliant; the Lodge and the owners. The Lodge was an excellent standard and had everything we required to make it a fantastic holiday. I have come home and booked again for the same time next year.
Mrs Dryden, South Yorkshire
,It was fantastic from start to finish!
,Excellent accommodation which was nicely situated for travel to many of the Devonshire and Cornwall attractions. This was the best holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in and the views from the Lodge were stunning.
Mr Clark, Suffolk
,This was our second visit to Elworthy Lodge and we enjoyed another good week. The Lodge has an excellent outlook and although it is situated on a working farm, you hardly notice the noise. The owners are most accommodating and nothing is too much trouble for them. We would definitely recommend Elworthy Lodge if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday.
Mr Hill, Cornwall
,The cottage was spacious and very comfortable.
Mrs Hackett, Surrey
,This was a fantastic place to stay, both the Lodge and the scenery were amazing. The owners were very welcoming, our dogs were as welcome as the rest of us too. Would recommend to everyone.
,Everything about the property was good, we had everything we needed and it was situated in a lovely area. It was lovely and snug and one could not believe it was in the middle of the farm and all the animals in their barns for winter. We loved it and plan to return in the future.
,This was our second year at this property and once again it was outstanding!
Mrs Thomas, Worcestershire
,We liked the peace and quiet and outstanding views at Elworthy Lodge. The lodge was cosy and we all felt totally at home.
Miss Brereton, Somerset
,The views were breathtaking and the Lodge was very comfortable and very well equipped.
Ms Singers, Essex
,A fantastic lodge in a stunning location. The lodge had plenty of space for all of us and the dogs loved the secure garden. The lodge had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. The farm has spectacular views and it was lovely to see newborn calves in the fields. Days out and about in north Devon were all within a 30 minute drive from the lodge, whether you wanted to go to Exmoor National Park or to the coastal beaches, everything was easily accessible from the location. Couldn't fault Elworthy Lodge in any way and we would definitely go back and recommend to our family and friends.
,This was our first stay at the lodge and it will definitely not be our last. The location and views are stunning, and the lodge itself was very well kept, spacious, very clean and secure for our dogs. Can't recommend this lodge highly enough, will hope to return very soon. You won't be disappointed.
Mrs Kirby, Derbyshire
,A stunning location, views to die for and a peaceful retreat. Even though it is on a working farm there were no issues with this and all made us welcome. It was easy travel to a host of seaside towns, and even if the weather is bad, just sit and take in that huge skyscape from the lounge - wonderful. We will be back. Thank You.
