The cottage was warm, spacious and very well-equipped. The owners were friendly and helpful. The location for exploring the Shropshire countryside around the Long Mynd was perfect. For a truly away from it all experience, it was lovely.
Mr Caulfield, Gloucestershire
,We had a good break in this lovely apartment. We loved the locality and the owners were friendly and helpful. Particularly enjoyed our welcome pack of wine, milk and eggs.
,A very comfortable accommodation with welcoming owners. The Granary is in a fantastic location and it was a treat to be able to walk up Long Mynd from it. We had a lovely evening walk and saw a great sunset.
Ms de Brett,
,The place is fantastic. We loved it the moment we arrived and we definitely want to go again as soon as we can. The best part of the holiday was actually being able to enjoy the fantastic views from the cottage. The house is stunning, warm and cosy. The kids loved looking after the ginger cat who spent hours playing with them outside in the yard. They also loved the apartment and so did we, it felt like home.
Mr Greenslade, West Sussex
,Stunning location, super accommodation and hospitable hosts.
,This apartment is in a wonderful location with lovely far reaching views. The owners were friendly and welcoming. Everything has been well thought out and generously appointed. There is plenty to do in the area without having to drive a long way and good walks in the hills.
Mrs Tunnard, Northumberland
,The property was very comfortable and warm, it easily accommodated four adults and a child. In a lovely quiet location with beautiful views of the countryside.
Mr Whitehurst, Cheshire
,We had a fantastic stay at The Granary. It was a fabulous base for any walk and attractions in and around Ironbridge, shopping in Shrewsbury etc. The property is dog friendly, we were allowed to put them in a paddock for a good run around whenever we liked and dry them off in the outdoor kennels. There's a fabulous pub just over a mile walk away which is also dog friendly. Brilliant. Definitely coming back to stay.
Mrs Kerrane, Lancashire
,It was very clean and everything we needed was supplied. The owners were very friendly and helpful. A lovely spot with great views and very peaceful.
Mr Cattermole, Surrey
,Friendly, helpful owners. Handily placed to walk over the Long Mynd without driving. Very well equipped. Well set up for dog owners like ourselves. We very much enjoyed our stay and would go again.
