Property Feedback

The cottage was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The d├ęcor was done to high standard. The garden was also very nice and you would benefit from this greatly in the summer. The owners have done a great job in converting this.

,Very peaceful. Pinfold is very small, but has character and enjoyed lighting the wood-burner in the evening.

,We wanted the best of both worlds, a country retreat with the exception of nearby eateries and Pinfold did not disappoint. We took our dogs who loved the nearby walks of Gisburn forest, as did we. I didn't realise the steps down into the sitting area were so big, this I felt would only be a problem for our blind dog, but he yet again amazed me with his ability to overcome any obstacle, something us humans could learn from. Pinfold was quaint, cosy and charming rolled into one, our friends joined us, they too loved it and surprisingly it wasn't too small for the couple of nights stay. Great location to explore Lancaster and the Yorkshire Dales. We hope to return someday without a doubt.
Mr Atkinson, East Riding of Yorkshire

,Pinfold is an attractive and well maintained property, being a sympathetic and clever conversion of a rural building. We felt immediately at home on entering the cottage; it was warm and homely with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was spotless with an efficient shower, and despite the outside weather not being great we were always warm and cosy. I can highly recommend Pinfold - the truth is, we didn't want to leave!
Mr Banfield, Aberdeenshire
