Lime Lodge is the perfect escape. The owners have thought of everything, you just have to turn up and relax. Tastefully decorated, has all you need, spacious, beautiful views, great location and peaceful. The owner was very helpful and provided clear directions and local information. As we ate breakfast we watched ducks and geese, saw a woodpecker, and a squirrel hopped by too one morning. As described elsewhere online, this really is one of the quietest places under the sun. Even my fidgety always-doing-something boyfriend was relaxed here. The lodge is a credit to the owners and I have no hesitation in recommending to others. Thank you.
Miss Stevens, Northamptonshire
,Such a lovely place to be, great cottage and fantastic location. Everything was provided for the relaxing break we had hoped for. Will definitely be back.
Mrs Sharratt, West Midlands
,Just a home away from home, every little detail was thought of. My toddler loved the place and it was definitely child friendly and we look forward to returning. The beds and bedding were especially comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and clean, my little boy had endless fun exploring the two doors - one from the main bedroom and one into the passageway.
Mr Mutch, Oxfordshire

Mrs Ayling, Surrey
,This is a very well equipped chalet and one that I would strongly recommend. It is remote but we loved the quietness and the sound of the river nearby. If you want a holiday where you want to chill out this is the place for you.
Mr Barnes, West Sussex
,We had a fantastic time, everything we needed for our week away could be found in this fabulous lodge. I would definitely recommend this property.
Mrs Coleman, West Yorkshire
,We liked the location and tranquillity. It was a total and beautiful escape from city life and noise. There were wonderful views from the living room of the river and amazing wildlife. The local Clunton coppice is so beautiful and well worth the climb up to it.
Mr Rowlands, Cambridgeshire
,A lovely location, it was easy to find. There was a good ambiance & the lodge was fantastic.
