The property was beautiful and decorated to an extremely high standard. The grounds of the property where beautiful and its located in a really pretty area. The area is very quiet and away from the main road and the gardens are perfect for young children, plenty of room for them to run around.
Mrs Wood, Greater Manchester

Miss Wilson, Northamptonshire
,The cottage was cosy and warm, despite the weather. Everything had been fitted out to a high standard with apparently no expense spared. Being close to the A5 did make travelling easy, but there was no discernable road noise. Great WiFi.

Mr Wilson, West Yorkshire
,Briws is maintained to a high standard. The hot tub was very welcoming after 3hrs of walking down Snowdon!! Briws is a fantastic cottage and was a joy to return after days out. The sheep in the garden were very welcoming!!! All ingredients made for a thoroughly relaxing holiday. We would recommend Sykes cottages and Briws without a shadow of a doubt. Excellent.
,Cottage was superb, in a great location with stunning scenery and a perfect base for exploring this part of Wales. You are spoilt for choice regarding things to do, i.e. climbing Mount Snowdon, to going down a copper mine.
,An amazing barn conversation, everything we needed was there and it was spotlessly clean. It is in a fantastic rural location but only a 20/30min drive to lots of activities.
