We chose this property for a short break with friends to recharge batteries after a good month of all being ill with the flu. This property certainly did not disappoint. Lovingly restored to a very high specification and invitingly warm with the wood burner providing a cosy ambience kindly lit by the owners. Everything we could have wanted and more.
,The cottage was beautiful, like staying in a gingerbread house! Everything was spotless and perfect, a real home from home. The beds were comfy with gorgeous duvets. The owners made us so welcome. We would certainly hope to return to The Byre.

,The Byre is just exquisite and the owners are perfect hosts. It was an absolute joy to stay in The Byre and to sit in the beautiful gardens. The owners have taken 'self catering' to a different level - all is of an excellent standard. The Byre has everything you would need and is perfectly located to see both the country and coastal areas of Suffolk. We did not want our holiday to end and look forward to returning. We would not hesitate to highly recommend The Byre - 5 star all the way. Many thanks to owners.
