The owners who lived next door were tentative without being overbearing. The cottage was immaculate and everything was in fantastic condition. In particular the kitchen was fab and had everything you needed as well as being modern and stylish.
Mr Markham, East Riding of Yorkshire
,A wonderful cottage to stay in with access to the Lakes and the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage is beautiful. We were made very welcome by the owner and will definitely be back sometime.
,The moment we stepped into the cottage we felt so relaxed. Every room was furnished and decorated beautifully. There were lots of special little touches in each room. The views from every window were breathtaking. The owners couldn't have done anything more to have made our holiday better, nothing was too much trouble for them. Everyone we met in the village were so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely recommend the cottage to friends and family, and will be returning ourselves in the near future there.
,The owners have a beautiful and high quality cottage in a wonderful part of the Pennines. Everything we needed was catered for, including for the dog, which is rare and really appreciated. We enjoyed both leisurely walks straight from the door and adventurous hikes up the wide range of fells close by. This cottage was one of the best we have stayed at over the years and we are already planning our return visit.
,Liked everything! The cottage was absolutely charming and of the highest standard. Should be rated 5 star. Our hosts were most welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. A perfect setting for a quiet and relaxing break and much appreciated by our dear little dog. There was stunning scenery and quaint little towns within easy reach.
,The cottage was gorgeous; very well decorated and presented, and had beautiful gardens both front and back. Travelled with two infants who were well catered for. The owners were very friendly and aimed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We would come back again and hopefully soon.
Mrs Harrison, North Yorkshire
,A lovely refurbished cottage and in a great location.
,The Cottage was just what we wanted. We were made to feel very welcome and relaxed from the moment we stepped in. It is decorated and furnished beautifully and has everything you would need. Comfy living room, nice kitchen, gorgeous bedrooms and bathroom. Even has a little 'snug' where you can sit and read with a nice view. Separate large utility room is very useful and the large garden with seating is very nice and good for the children to play.
Mrs O'brien, Greater Manchester
,A beautiful cottage in a good location for the north Pennines and the lakes.

,The property was as described - well-equipped in all areas and spotless too. Plenty of space for 6 adults (and dog) to relax in of an evening. Handy for exploring lots of great countryside. We'd certainly come back here again.
,We particularly enjoyed the warmth and comfort of the Cottage. It was spacious and we had everything we needed. The lounge was a good size with a great wood burning fire. We loved the small 'snug', it was great for putting your feet up and relaxing/reading whilst looking out onto the garden and fields beyond.
