In a great location, easy to get to. Had beautiful views. The accommodation was very well designed and all amenities were provided. The quality of property was a very high standard, the finishing touches made all the difference to giving the place an air of luxury. Being greeted by the owner personally was nice, he made us feel very welcome and seeing the staff checking the pool and tub for safety levels was reassuring and professional. Loved this property and our stay! 10 out of 10!

,The cottage was everything you dream of; from the welcoming owner to the spectacular beauty of the surroundings and the exquisite décor of the property. It was efficiently packed with all the necessities that you would need for your holiday. It was a truly wonderful experience and the pool and the hot tub made it even more worthwhile.

,Great location and views. A friendly and helpful host. It was simple but had a high standard of finish throughout. The excellent indoor pool and outside hot tub were particularly appreciated by everyone. The party ranged in age from 7 to 67 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the weekend break and is looking forward to a return.

,This has been the most exceptional property I have ever hired. The care, safety and attention to customer needs is extremely high. The furnishings and furniture are top class and it is like walking into a magazine. The cots, high chairs and safety gates are of a high standard - the best provision for babies I have encountered. The owner and his mother were really helpful and welcoming. The hot tub and the swimming pool were in top condition and our safety was important to them.

,Amazing view, particularly the autumn colours. The house- being 'upside down' arrangement benefited from those vistas. The Cottage is pretty peaceful, but near enough to facilities.

Mr Scanlon, Lancashire
,We stayed at Old Rectory Cottage as an extended family of twelve with ages ranging from eighteen months to 74 years. Without exception we all had a wonderful time! We used the lovely pool and the hot tub was a huge success and used very frequently. There was more than enough kitchen equipment for all the adventurous cooks to produce many delicious meals and the two kitchens were very well used. An excellent holiday house, highly recommended.
