Excellent standard of property - good sized showers, comfortable beds, plenty of crockery and well equipped kitchen. Excellent furnishings and decor, just couldn't have been any better. Everything had been thought of, would recommend to everyone and already have begun spreading the word.
Congratulations to the owners for a job extremely well done. Sykes were very efficient and Appleby a lovely place - very friendly people.
Dr Kite, West Yorkshire
,Thought that had gone into the facilities and equipment and the little extras that had been added. The best equipped cottage we have used. A big thank you to the owners.
,We loved this cottage from the moment we walked through the door. The lounge seating was very comfortable, I particularly liked the rocking armchair. The beds were also very comfortable and the kitchen had everything one could possibly need, which was great as we like to cook our own meals. We would definitely like to return one day.
,We thought the cottage was exceptional and very good value for money. The location is a very good base for exploring the area.

,We found it extremely clean, tidy and comfortable. It was very well furnished and we felt instantly relaxed upon entering and seeing how well kept it was. The standard was excellent throughout and it was a pleasure returning to the cottage at the end of each long and tiring day to unwind and relax. It really felt like we were borrowing someone's well-loved home for a few days.

,The property was easy to find. It was warm and welcoming on arrival and all the way through our stay. There was plenty of space to live in and it is obvious that this property has been renovated to a high standard. All the fixtures, fittings, furnishings and soft furnishings were high quality. There was a good selection of information leaflets for the immediate and wider area and very good correspondence with the owner before arrival which made us feel valued. Would recommend this cottage to family and friends.
