A perfect cottage in a lovely village.
Mr Hughes, Somerset
,The cottage was excellent in every respect. The owners had thought of everything and more, to make our stay very enjoyable. The nicest cottage we have stayed in. The location was lovely in a delightful village.
Mr Fanthorpe, East Sussex
,This cottage is in a lovely setting in a pretty village with all the amenities, but only 15 minutes on the local transport to Lincoln.
,Really enjoyed having the beck just outside the door, the ducks were lovely. The cottage was better than I expected and Nettleham is a really friendly village with lots of amenities. We were pleased and surprised to find a village tea shop and 3 pubs within a five minute walk of the cottage.
,We have been using holiday lets for the last 25 years all around the country and this was, without doubt, by far the best let we have ever had. Absolutely fantastic. Well done to the owner and thank you very much, a credit to you.
,An excellent, very well equipped cottage which was spotlessly clean. It was well situated, an ideal touring base. You have rated this property three stars, it is at least four if not five.
,The cottage was very comfortable, warm and well-supplied. The gas fire in the sitting room was very welcome in the evenings, as the weather was distinctly cool. The village is delightful and convenient for exploring the area.
,The cottage was immaculate and the location was very good. Also well placed for exploring the area.
,The cottage was extremely comfortable, quiet and well-furnished, it left nothing to be desired.
Mr Raynsford-smith, Wiltshire
,This cottage is one of the best cottages we have stayed in, with particularly high standards for cleanliness, comfort and fully equipped for every need. We would recommend a stay at Beckside to family and friends.
Mr Hayes-watkins, Kent
,It was a lovely cottage; very welcoming with great attention to detail.
Mrs Clark, East Riding of Yorkshire

,This is a charming cottage, very well equipped, in a delightful location. Would definitely go again.
Mr Baker, Surrey
,This is a beautiful property with the beck outside. We walked along the beck everyday and saw mother ducks with babies. I can't recommend this property more highly, it had everything we needed and more.
