Nice cottage in a fantastic location for exploring the Trotternish peninsula. Good to be able to relax by the wood burner when the weather was not so good as well!
Mr Fleetwood, East Lothian
,The accommodation was of a very good standard. It was well located, just what we needed; a change of scenery and tranquillity with all the comfort inside the property. The WiFi connection in the property was very good - very important feature for teenagers. It was very pleasant to wake up to the sound of sheep, lambs and running water from the burn.
Mrs Whitelaw, Midlothian
,The cottage is incredibly comfortable and felt like home from the outset. We loved the views and the proximity to such fabulous landscape. The sound of the river running by was a wonderful backdrop. I can't recommend this place highly enough.
Ms Scott, West Yorkshire
,We found there was plenty of wood for the fireplace and the wood stove worked just fine, the beds were quite comfortable and we liked the view from the living room. We also enjoyed the river running next to the house and it was very quiet.
,A very well looked after cottage, in a beautiful location.
Dr Jeffrey, Cambridgeshire
,We loved this cottage! Everything was excellent. The place was immaculately clean throughout and very comfortable. The owner was helpful and friendly, we will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.
Mr Juhasz, Merseyside
,The cottage was a joy, home from home. Very comfortable and cosy. The cottage was in a lovely location - a short walk from the sea, next to a river and in a peaceful rural location with a view of the mountains behind.
Mrs Degens, East Sussex
,Had a perfect stay, it was a real home from home. There were the most magnificent views of the mountains from the windows. The owners were happy to help with lots of information regarding things to do on the island.
Mr Gatley, west yorkshire
,This cottage surpassed our expectations. The pictures do it no justice. The village of Staffin is a perfect base. I would usually not return to the same place, but this cottage is perfect, so I will definitely try to stay again
Mr Smith, Fife
,We loved the wood burning stove, made for very cozy evenings. The cottage felt very homely and cosy, really clean and well equipped.
Miss Price, Midlothian
,A beautiful cottage which has been lovingly converted, in a great location on the beautiful Isle of Skye.
Mr Patterson, Durham
,A very comfortable, welcoming cottage in a pleasant, quiet location. Would recommend to anyone and hope to return.
Mr Edwards, Gloucestershire
,The fireplace at The Old Mill is very nice, especially when you return from a trip in the mountains.
