Absolutely fantastic week away thoroughly enjoyed it, wonderful garden and a sun room to enjoy the birds that visit there. Great base for walking out with dogs and totally dog friendly.
,We really enjoyed everything about Millers Retreat. The welcome was friendly and very helpful. It was a lovely place to both relax in and use as a base to visit family and friends. It is definitely a place we would recommend to others and would use again ourselves.
Mrs Magee, Northumberland
,Beautiful accommodation which was tastefully decorated. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice week in this cottage which was in a lovely area, handy for visiting lots of places of interest. Would highly recommend this property.
,This cottage was excellent, there was everything you needed and more. We used the cottage as a base to visit Derbyshire, but if you just wanted to stay in during the day, there is everything you could possibly want. The conservatory was lovely to sit in and read. The shower was amazing, having so many settings, I wanted to stay in there all day! I can't recommend this cottage highly enough. I would certainly recommend it to anyone and would like to go again next year!
Mr Alflatt, Norfolk
,The lovely owners made us feel very welcome. Bolsover is a great place for touring Derbyshire. Our only regret is that we didn't have a fortnight, so we are hoping to book again for next year.
Mr Cook, Dorset
,We liked going out for the day and coming back to a place you could totally relax in comfort in a peaceful setting. This was one of the best cottages we have stayed in and would highly recommend it to anyone.
Mr Wren, Oxfordshire
,The property exceeded our expectations in every way.
Mr Carpenter, Devon
,The owners of the cottage were very friendly and helpful. We were given a tour of the cottage to make us aware of everything we needed to know. The cottage was outstanding and I would happily recommend it to family and friends.
,The cottage was really spacious and had a lovely conservatory looking onto the garden. It had everything you could possibly need, is a perfect base for exploring the local area. I would most definitely go back to it and thoroughly recommend it.
Mrs Sisson, East Riding of Yorkshire
,It was faultless, a rare example in cottages we have visited. It was ideal to travel to Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. The cottage was so quiet even with being close to the town centre. Perfect in every way.
,Millers Retreat was the best place I have ever stayed. The whole place was top star thank you we will be back.
Ms Devlin, Lancashire
,This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Miller's Retreat, and it definitely won`t be the last. It is spacious, comfortable and has a lovely conservatory to sit in. There is also a beautiful garden which is very peaceful and relaxing. It is just a real home from home and the owner is really friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend.
Mrs Sisson, East Riding of Yorkshire
,Over the past fifty years we have stayed in 70 self catering properties, and Millers Retreat rates among the top five. I would certainly recommend this property.
Mrs Smith, Lincolnshire
,We would recommend Millers Retreat to anybody. We have stayed before, and would not hesitate to return! Bolsover is very convenient for day trips. The owners are the perfect hosts.
