The cottage was warm and comfortable, despite the rain and misery outside! The heating and hot water system gave us plenty of warmth and hot water. The kitchen was very well stocked and the shower was excellent, being separate from the bath.
Mrs Halley, Dalkeith, Midlothian
,The cottage was better than we expected and we felt so at home in it. Everything we needed was available, including a good supply of logs for the stove. The village and local people were extremely pleasant and the rail service was cheap and frequent. It was an ideal situation from which to explore the Dales.
Mr Proudman, Leicester, Leicestershire
,The cottage was of a very high standard and very comfortable. The village is lovely and excellent location for seeing the Yorkshire Dales. Hope to go back in the future and would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
Mr Fairclough, Wigan, Merseyside
,The cottage was lovely and clean and very well furnished and equipped. We were particularly pleased to find a slow cooker. The bed was very comfortable. The cottage was ideally situated for exploring the local area or for hibernating!
