We love Y Bwythn and the surrounding area which is very secluded and ideal for dog owners. We have stayed here many times before and are always made to feel welcome.
Mrs Smith, Kent
,Every effort was made to ensure we had all we needed to start our holiday- milk , tea , coffee and some cakes left for us on arrival along with plenty of logs etc and the heating & hot water were on making a very cosy arrival. We had a fantastic visit it was a well equipped and loverly cottage remote and peaceful ( No Mobile Signal at all) with the added bonus of being situated in one of the most stunning valleys in N Wales and would not hesitate to recommend to any one ( In fact we already have) and plan to return for another visit
Mr Shaw, Devon
,The Cottage was very well equipped and EVERYTHING was included. It was quiet and peaceful with lots of areas for long country walks, it was an ideal spot to unwind and relax. The whole family enjoyed the peace and tranquillity and we will highly recommend it. The star rating needs upgrading as it does not do it justice.
Mr Tongue, Essex
,A beautiful, isolated location, far away from noise & distractions, and perfect for local walks in the countryside. The cottage itself was warm, cosy and amply supplied.
Mr Harper, Powys
,This was an absolutely typical country cottage that us city folk imagine and it did not disappoint in any way. The farmer was extremely helpful in pointing out places to walk our dog - which was a delightful lane with a river running next to it right outside our cottage. He also gave us tips on places to visit in the local area which was extremely helpful. We were left to enjoy our cottage holiday without intrusion however we knew we could ask the owner for anything we needed. Would highly recommend this cottage to anyone wanting a relaxing country holiday away from the city, and also close to the coastal town of Barmouth which gave us the best of both worlds.
Mrs Taylor, West Midlands
,This cottage is excellent in every way. A lovely location with super views. We would recommend it.
Mr Maclaren, Lincolnshire
,The cottage far exceeded our expectations and the photos on the Sykes website probably don't do it justice. The location was superb - very peaceful but within easy reach of a plethora of local attractions. Highly recommended!
,Fabulous place that catered for our every needs. It was a lovely cosy, cute place and having such a peaceful and tranquil location helps make it a wonderful place to experience real rural Welsh farming life. We have stayed in many places in Wales and this is by far the best. A most memorable stay.
Miss Pham, London
,The property was nice and spacious and in a great location.
Mrs Baker, Staffordshire
,A fantastic location, stunning scenery, near to the beach and set in a very pretty rural location on a hill farm. Anyone who enjoys walking, cycling, horse riding and walks along a beautiful beach would be at home here. Will certainly return.
Mrs Larrad, West Midlands
,I loved the cottage, the location especially was beautiful. The owners were very attentive asking if we needed anything throughout the week. Everything about the cottage was perfect, we wouldn't change anything. I will be staying there again.
Mr Ling, Essex
,An excellent property which was well furnished and welcoming. This has to be one of the best equipped properties we have ever stayed in. The soft furnishings and beds were extremely comfortable. Everything possible had been done to ensure our holiday was comfortable and hassle free. Thank you to the owner for the trouble they've taken to make this cottage a home from home.
Mr Dawson, North Yorkshire
,The location was very peaceful and quite remote, being three miles from the nearest village. There was just the sound of the nearby river, and, on days that weren't misty, the views of the nearby hills were beautiful. The cottage was more than adequate for our needs, it was spacious and very clean, with plenty of leaflets and information inside the house. We particularly liked being close to nature, so this suited all four of us.
