8 Benjamin Close
8 Benjamin Close is a wonderful detached property with some very attractive views towards the sea and mountains, on the outskirts of Waterville in County Kerry. There is a twin room on the ground floor, and upstairs, two doubles, each with en-suite shower rooms, and a family room with three single beds and an en-suite shower room. On the ground floor is also a family shower room, which can be accessed from the twin bedroom if required. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a central island which doubles as a breakfast bar, and a dining area. The sitting room has a cosy woodburning stove, and there is also a first floor reading area with a sofabed. Outside, there is off road parking for 4 cars, and a lovely large lawned garden with furniture and a BBQ. From 8 Benjamin Close it is easy to relax on the beach in Waterville, or head out round the Ring of Kerry, making it an ideal base for a memorable Irish break.

Ring of Kerry is absolutely beautiful and the house is in perfect spot to explore the beaches, mountain tracks, scenic routes, forests and whatever else comes to your mind. It was a peaceful haven during stormy weathers: comfortable and cosy (the rocking chair overlooking Ballinskelligs Bay is the best). It was open and spacious during sunny days, with outdoor table and massive garden at the top of the site, big enough for the kids (and adults) to play soccer. We had lovely time and would recommend 8 Benjamin Close to everyone.
