Property Feedback

The cottage is out of the way but close enough that you don't feel isolated. You can sit in the hot tub, gaze at the stars and feel like you're a million miles from anywhere - great. There is enough space that you can have a lot of people there but not feel on top of each other. The owners are lovely and really helpful.

,The property had everything for a relaxing stay; it was wonderfully decorated, comfortable and in close proximity to many local attractions. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus. I have already recommended Sykes and this property to friends and work colleagues.

,We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful property. The owners had thought of everything! We cooked every evening and found all the equipment we needed and there was always plenty of hot water and heating and supplies for the lovely wood burner.

,Throughout our entire stay, the owners were wonderful hosts. A converted barn, the property is massive inside with a large kitchen, huge living room on the first floor, an additional, very comfortable sitting room on the second floor adjacent to the deck and three well-appointed bedrooms. The bathrooms were both of a decent size and all of the utilities worked flawlessly. The hot tub is one of the highlights of the property and its location on the back deck of the house is highly secluded. Overall, we were incredibly happy with Ballyblood Lodge, and we will absolutely rent this property again! Highly recommended!

,Much more than we expected. The owner of Ballyblood Lodge was most kind and helpful and were quick to make us feel at home. The property was in an excellent location for touring Southwest Ireland. The cottage was beautifully furnished and very clean. The garden was better than some five star hotels. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. We have visited Ireland numerous times and Ballyblood was by far the best property we have enjoyed. Without reservation, we highly recommend this property.
