Property Feedback

Swallows' Nest was excellent. It has everything we needed especially that I have young family. The owner was very helpful and sweet. The Lake District was beautiful part of the country. I would definitely recommend it, and I'm sure I will go back again.

,We had a lovely warm welcome and felt like it was a real home from home, we can't wait to come back! The photo's are lovely but really don't show the love the owners have put into the property.

,The location is excellent, being close to junction 41 on the M6 allows easy access to the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and Hadrian's Wall. One of the best properties we have stayed over many years.

,It was our first time staying at Swallow's Nest and we will definitely be going back. It was so cosy, we had everything we needed and we were well looked after also. A fantastic holiday.
Mrs Turner, East Riding of Yorkshire
March 2015

,This was our first visit to both the Lake District and to Swallow's Nest. We didn't get the best of weather but despite that we still went out each day to explore the area and admire the stunning scenery. We felt totally at home in the beautiful cottage and nothing was too much trouble for the owners to make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We enjoyed the freedom to come and go as we pleased and whilst our accommodation was in a peaceful rural location we were only minutes away from a nearby pub. We look forward to making a return visit in the future.
Mrs Howard, Norfolk
